Wanted Person for Sexual Battery

SEXUAL BATTERY

March 28, 2018

The George County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, is investigating an allegation involving two (2) cases of Sexual Battery which occurred in the Brushy Creek Community. John Homer Nash (53) of Wilmer, Alabama has been charged with two counts of Sexual Battery.

The George County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in the apprehension of John Homer Nash. If anyone has any knowledge of Nash’s whereabouts, they are asked to contact the George County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.  

This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information concerning this or any other crime is encouraged to contact the George County Sheriff’s Office at 601.947.4811.
